Hi there!
I’m Sarah Whitney, Violinist and Musician's Life & Business Coach.
I help musicians create the most fulfilling life and career imaginable by unlocking what’s holding them back and arming them with a strategy to reach their goals.
After enduring a debilitating hand injury 8 years ago, I lost all hope for a career as a violinist. I lost my confidence as a player, felt I was a fraud, lost all joy in performing, and couldn't see possibility or clarity for my future. The key to my recovery was learning how to master my mindset.
I'm also violinist in the string quintet SYBARITE5, creator of the innovative concert series, Beyond the Notes and have given workshops on musician's entrepreneurship at The Juilliard School, Curtis Institute of Music, New England Conservatory, Rice University and Penn State.
Combine my experience in mastering my mindset with my knowledge of business strategy in creating and running a concert series, building up a Billboard-chart topping string ensemble and creating a coaching business and I’ve truly been able to create a career on my own terms.
Now I help musicians do the same.
